The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 56 Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska prohibiting certain initiatives relating to wildlife. Representative Ogan placed a call of the House. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HJR 56 pass the House?"
